Banana Muffins

Well, this is the 2nd time I baked banana muffins within the same week. Yea, I forgot to mention that I baked banana muffins during my resting day in the previous post. Today, I changed the all purpose flour to cake powder. Don't know how is it going to taste like. And I added some banana cubes to each of the muffin as well.

Here's the recipe to bake banana muffins. Very simple and not time consuming at all.

Preparing time: 30 mins
Serving: Around 12 muffins

Ingredients:
1) 3 - 4 bananas. Depends on the size. Today I only used 2 as its size is quite big.
2) 1/2 cup of brown sugar
3) 1 egg (slightly bitten)
4) 1/3 cup room temperature butter
5) 1 teaspoon baking powder
6) 1 teaspoon baking soda
7) 1/2 teaspoon salt
8) 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

Directions:

1) Mash the banana with the masher


2) Mix all ingredients together


3) Mix and stir well


4) Pour into the muffin tray (which I don't have currently cause not able to find it in supermarket =_=")

5) Preheat the oven at 350 Degree Fahrenheit and bake the muffins for 20 mins


6) Done

Well, I have to thanks to my beloved sister who showed me this recipe since she knows I like baking and this is really simple and suitable for a beginner like me. Yeah~~ ^_^

My 7 Days Off

My 7 days off is going to be finished soon... Need to start working again tomorrow night. Arrggghhh!!! But still ok as I'll be working with my favorite partner, Ms. XY. Muahahaha.

Well, I'm quite satisfy on how I spent my days off. I spent 3D3N at my friend's condo and shop at Puchong. She called for meeting up on my 1st off day itself once I woke up. Went to send stocks with her on the 2nd day then help her out in her shop on the 3rd day as she was having demo (FYI, she is selling Buffalo kitchenware and having demo every Saturday at 2:30pm in her shop).

After that, I spent 2 days resting (chatting and sleeping) at home. I was actually planning to do some laundries but due to the unpredictable weather, I didn't. XD

Well today, which is my last day off, I went to Cineplex The Curve with one of my darling. Muahaha. 1st time watching movie there (we watched Uninvited). Before the movie started, we had our lunch at Senjyu Sushi. It is right beside McDonald's. Conclusion about Senjyu Sushi: environment - 4 stars, food - 4 stars, price - 3 stars (the cheaper is always the better ^_^). By the way, the table for 2 is actually a little too pack. Each of us ordered a set of don (丼) and the table is no space for extras. K, pictures worth a thousand words. Please see see...

Salmon skin, my favorite! But the salt sprinkled on it wasn't balance so some of them are too salty. Besides, it's actually tasted like 炸鱼饼 cause it's too crunchy & the thickness of the skin are just too equal.


My darling's set - RM39.90 consists of mee soba, chawanmushi, miso soup, salad, vege tempura and 5 pcs of sushi.


My set - RM36.90 consists of steamed rice, miso soup, mushroom tempura, salad, unagi and Japanese fried chicken.


Me. I don't know since when I'm being snapped & look at my left baby finger =_="

Long time never had such a rich and full lunchie. Not gonna order set anymore. So regret. T_T

堕落

最近常用到这两个字，原因是一位离职了的同事。
从他离职到现在，再多3个月就有一年了。
他离职的原因其一是觉得那份工没前途，其二是因为要完成他的学位FYP (Final Year Project)。
可是由于他拖了又拖，到现在还没完成他的FYP，而且天天的节目精彩。
周日看电影（戏院或BT下载）、逛街、跟朋友喝茶、去网吧打机；周末爬山或瀑布。
种种听起来正常的活动，就是少了上班。XD
所以每次在MSN聊天时，都以堕落来形容他自己，哇哈哈！

其实这一种堕落又何尝不好呢？
不必上班，每天的时间都掌控于自己手中。
没烦恼又开心，谁不想要这样的日子啊？
可是另一方面就是必须要自律。
只要稍微沉迷于某一项活动，就等于荒废岁月，完蛋了……

好啦，希望这位朋友能继续这样的堕落，而不要真正的*堕落～
毕竟人生苦短，只要开心就好啦！

读了某一个人的网志，深同感受，所以引用了他所写的内容。
在其网志提到，这是一种蛮难形容的一种情况，除非你有机会遇到。
如今，我实实在在的遇到了。
而我也才知道，我是这样的一个人。

什么人？

在前些时候的某个日子，收到了某人的一束花+一个玩具。那个玩具，相信除了我这么无聊的人会喜欢，很难找到第二个了吧！至少所有周遭的人都对它没很大的兴趣，最多讲声：哇，可爱喔～然后就没了。

本来把东西收到了都丢在一边，可是今早不知为啥会来个心血来潮，想要收拾一下我的狗窦。就在这时，我发现了那个玩具的袋子里装有一张发票，上面就竟然是我那个玩具的价钱，而且是两个哦！一个给了我，还有一个咧？嘿嘿……

一早就知道这个人是个“撒网捕鱼”式的人，没想到现在竟然给我逮个正！送了花和玩具后竟然在别人面前扮可怜，好像是我得罪他酱。全是我的错、我是千古罪人！！！真可恶！！！真他妈的！

好啦～如果那些热心的人有机会看见这篇部落格，请不要再说些有的没的。请别劝我“考虑”他、“随便接受”他……等等的。谢谢你们的好心、关心，请不要再说那些无聊的话了，好吗？

南征之旅 - 新山篇

我的南征之旅第一天是在柔佛新山度过。没太多感觉，因为该有的活动我都很怕参与（除了吃啦）。

朋友们带了我去Kota Tinggi的一个瀑布。很开心咯，因为很久没见到瀑布了。最后一次见到它是大约在三、四年前去Belum Forest的时候。可是好死不死，当天刚刚好我的亲戚来探望我+很担心我的朋友不能一拖二（因为本人行动不太方便，怕她要照顾两个人很吃力），所以我当天负责照顾包包。哈哈！

朋友一直担心我会不会觉得不值得，因为没有玩到水；可是我觉得没问题啦，因为她们也没玩多久就开始下雨了。呵呵呵！下次吧，肯定有机会下水的！哈！

玩了水后我们去吃海鲜。嗯……很遗憾没照到当天我最爱的一道菜 － 起司虾……55555～ 很好吃咯～～

对了，有个疑问：为何瀑布的上面都会有一团烟的咧？

南征之旅 - 休息篇

刚刚与友人去了一趟柔佛、马六甲和新加坡。总结：虽然不是我开车，可是……超级累，累到爆！

这是因为在客座的我如果睡着了，就会影响开车的人。而且几晚都没睡好，情况可分成多种和非常的有趣。

第一晚：酒店楼下不知为何有免费的音乐听，而且音量大到可传遍至少3条街。音乐的种类有华语新年歌、华语流行歌曲、马来摇滚乐、印度流行乐等等。歌曲播放时间由大约晚上十点左右开始至凌晨3－4点。对于容易失眠的朋友，可以考虑下榻此酒店哦！

第二晚：嗯……还行。只是睡到早上5点左右，就有来自于对面一件回教堂的morning call。虽然被逼早醒，可是至少晚上那段时间有休息到。

第三晚：睡到半夜迷迷糊糊时，就开始听见隔壁/对面房的人进进出出，开门关门的声音非常的恼人。除此之外，隔壁房的人“不小心”漏了他们一位友人在房外。结果他敲了十多分钟的门都还没人有发觉他被遗漏在外面，逼使他站在门外边喊边敲门的，““真是可怜””。而我唯有被他吵醒+衷心的祝福（!@#$%^&）他，希望他的友人可以快快开门给他，免得他在那边扰人清梦！！！！！ 当时，是凌晨的4点多…… T_T

第四晚：到了狮城，我和另一位朋友同房；这位朋友可以在十秒之内，即我刚躺上床没多久就开始打呼～ T__T

好啦，现在回到家了，可是头疼到爆，睡不着…… T_____T
我，很想很想很想好好睡个好觉咯～～～

BKK Trip 26th FeB 2009

So fast it is the end of my trip to Bangkok. Bye Bangkok… Hope to see you soon… It is my birthday too... Happy birthday to myself.. Cheers~~ =.= Need to go to the Suvarnabhumi Airport at 1130 as our flight was at 1445.

On the way to the airport, the taxi driver introduced a lot of interesting places that me and my friends never considered it since the day we came here. He advised us to go for sightseeing during the day time and night time do shopping. Well, guess my next trip here must including the sightseeing as the way Mr. taxi described was very interesting.

Places I've been missed out was Dreamland (a family amusement park, can play water I guess), crocodile farm, those temples, floating market and etc etc. Mr. taxi also told us if we would like to watch "Ah Gua" (lady boy) Show, we can get the information from the hotel reception. They will arrange the taxi driver to take us there and normally those show needs booking as too many people want to watch it and it hardly be found for normal tourist like us. From what we heard, some taxi driver is the member of those shows therefore they got the privileged to book it. Not everyone can book. The show is 300 baht including dinner. Haha. Guess I must go next time.

Besides that, if we would like to sightseeing spots, call the taxi as well as they will be the driver, tour guide and we can stop wherever we like along the journey. Another thing, they are much more cheaper than the real tour guide. Well, let's see how. Maybe still need to been through some cut throat experience if really going next time. =P Other than tourism spots, Mr. taxi also highly recommended go for spa on the last day before we go back. This is because spa will really chase the tiredness away and it cost 1250 baht up. He said don't go for Thai / foot massage everyday even though it is cheap. As Thai people, he said they know it is actually not good for body. Perhaps 1 massage per week will just be nice. (T_T I went for Thai massage twice and food massage once). Well, what he said do make sense and quite informative actually. I'll keep it as references for my next trip there... Hehe

Here’s some snapshots while I was waiting for my transit from Singapore to Bangkok and from Singapore back to KL..Too bad I didn't manage to snap down the Suvarnabhumi Airport as it is really huge and luxury. Nevermind, I'll be there again soon! XD
